Good Morning/Afternoon TechNetters!

Those of you using 0201 and 0402 technology, what typical spacing between
pads are you using? Has anyone performed a DOE or Taguchi Robust Design on
these type components to find out where tombstoning starts or placement
problems or paste application problems?

I have been searching web sites and have found little on these type
subjects. I was on the TechNet a couple weeks ago and received some great
advice on 0201 and 0402 subject matter, but really I didn't ask any detailed
questions. Is this portion of SMT technology still that new? Any and all
comments are welcome.

Thanks
Ron Hollandsworth
