I don't know of the 3rd parties, but the guys who make the best probers are
Cascade Microtech located in Beaverton or Hillsboro in Oregon.  You'll have
to look up their number on the WEB.  They might be able to help you.  Also,
my guess is Teradyne would have the 1.3 GHz down, but I'm not sure they have
job shop testing.
