Hi everyone,

We were given some boards from one of our customers, that we normally would
not do because of the fine pitch IC(20mil). Our printing process didn't do
bad considering the situation, but it did cause some soldering problems that
I'm trying to fix. This board is double sided with two 41 pins 20 mil
spacing IC's next to each other. The soldering problems that I am having is
insufficient solder on some of the pins due to poor printing. Since there
are parts on each side, does anyone have any recommendations on how to add
solder to the pins with insufficient solder? How does it get done on the
fine pitch side of manufacturing? What equipment is needed to add solder to
the pins?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Jim
