Designing, Processing and Disposition of electronics for the Environment

I am a Research Engineer at the University of Limerick and I have recently
started my thesis on the effect of the electronics industry on the
environment. I intend covering the areas of Pb-free solder, no clean
soldering, the whole area of
recycling/remanufacturing of electronics (from systems to components), and
leglislation.

I am seeking any information/references/opinions/comments in this area.

Thanks in advance,

 Pat
