Hello

I'm working on optimization of a wave solder machine. There seems to be a
lot of bridging on connectors and I was wondering if the solder temperature
is to low. Right now it is set at 490oF. What is the normal temperature
range for wave soldering?

I was also wondering, other than lead length and flux what other factors
might be causing the bridging.

Please send any comments that you have.

Thanks
