I have some bare, prototype BGA packages, for a DOE that we are
performing, that need solder spheres attached to them. Does
anyone know of any vendors that would be willing to attach spheres
for a small (200-250) volume? The substrates are half FR-4 and half
ceramic, approximately 2" X 2", and have a 561 ball staggerred array
(1.5 mm spacing).
