I have a similar problem here, umpty thousand IC's bought a couple of
years ago.
They are in std plastic tubes.

Can we clean them using an ultrasonic bath?

Will they require some form of baking afterwards?
If so how long & how hot?
(We only have an oven that will reach 80 degrees C).
