A couple suggestions;

1.  Replace the rubber press pads with a paper based heat lagging material -
many variations are available.  Then see if the oil goes away.

2.  If you still have the oil after #1 above, then try one or two of the
other release sheets that are available.

If you have any trouble getting either of these products, contact one of your
local Sales Rep Companies - Insulectro, Technica, etc.
