There is no such book. You need influences from more than one author. The
theme is very complex, because it's often a combination of many and
different components. And also what level of 'understanding' you want. I
have some on my desk, well known, at least in the US:
1. Michael Pecht 'A Focus on Reliability' ISBN-471-59446-6
2.John & Julian Evans 'Quality Conformance and
Qualification......Interconnects' ISBN 0-471-471-59433336-9
These books aim at the practice and do not give you the math theory
background.
