Hello !
I've been asked, by one of our engineers, about controlled impedance
boards. I'm new to this and was unable to give him any "good" information.
I knew, however, that I'd be able to obtain this information from all of
you ! ;)
First of all, are there and specs that will help with the design of a
controlled impedance board ?
Are there specs that a board fabricator will need to be aware of ?
Am I correct in saying that we (layout designers) and the fabricators are
going to need to work closely ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Lou Takach
