HI Erik -
I recommend you contact Joe Renda at MPM Corporation, Franklin, MA
(508-520-6999).  He has done quite a bit of work in the area, published a
number of papers, etc. and can give you some good guidelines.
Also contact Brian Bauer at Heraeus Inc. , W. Conshohocken, PA
 (610-825-6050).  They have done a lot of DOE with printing their adhesives
and publish guidelines as well.
