The reference we use is "Zero Acceptance Number Sampling Plans" by Nicholas L.
Squeglia.  The copyright inside says it was published in 1986 (3rd Ed) by the
American Society for Quality Control, now known as the American Society for
Quality.  Maybe you can obtain a copy there at http://www.asq.org.
