I am prompted to ask why you are asking the question....given that the higher
the spray pressure, the more uniform the etching, and straighter side
walls...

Why you investigating the low end?

And, yes with specially designed nozzles, you can still get a reasonable
pattern at 8 lbs... have seen this in rinse chambers, where they wanted to lower
water consumption, and not damage a fragile finish...but, that is the lowest
pressure they could manage, and it had no window on the low end.
