R usually designates the decimal point.  82R5 is 82.5 Ohms, 8R25 would
be 8.25 Ohms, and so on.  Hope this helps

OK Please

We use a 49.9 ohm which is marked 4999, a 10.0 marked 1009, and an 82.5
marked 82R5.  Why the 'R' ???
