Tom,

Can't say any thing about the Zevatech or the Philips, but we routinely
place 0603 and 0402 components with Fuji CP6's and couldn't be happier (tens
of thousands a day). We also have several Panasonic machines that we do
this with as well.

As far as throwing components due to centrifugal force...well sounds like a
maintenance issue, or vacuum leaks because we run our machines at 100% cam
speed on these components with no issues.

Hi all,

I need to place 0402 components. A lot of them. Any Zevatech 750/760
and/or Philips Gem line(Topaz/Emerald) users out there with the experience
in placing 0402 comps? How is Fuji CP6 in pickNplace of 0402s?

Also, in component recognition, what is considered to be better, laser or
line array camera?

Thanks

Tom
