Hello Russel,
I am not a lawyer but it seems to me that as long as no names are named and
the facts are true, it is very hard for me to see where there would be any
cause for legal action. There is still an active First Amendment to the US
Constitution. Taking this off the net makes it less open and makes it even look a bit
conspiratorial.
Just some thoughts
