Hi TechNetters,
I'm new to this service, and you may well have been asked this before,
but can you help me?
Has anyone out there had experience of changing from RMA/semi-aqueous
clean to a No-clean process for military contracts, with regard to:-
Feasibility and cost implications. Life span issues. Standards. Set-ups
for all stages of the process, squeegee pressures, thickness and types,
Tac times. Pre-process issues such as cleanliness etc.........Test
comparisons and methods to verify different fluxes/pastes etc.
Pitfalls and other considerations.........etc.........etc.
Thanks.
