Does anyone out there help me regarding hot oil reflow for
Back Plane Boards.
We are currently using PEG 600 as reflow oil because its
price is about half of Dexter's AF 1882 and in Korea we
can buy easily PEG 600 with $ 6.32 on market.
Does anyone provide me of actual running cost between
PEG 600 and AF 1882 or equivalent.
Normally how long,I mean bath life, we can use PEG 600
prior to decomposition which cause quality problem.
Dexter also no mention about bath life on their technical
brochure.
We don't use any antioxidant but if used, how much we can
extend bath life.
Could anyone give me the information about antioxidant ?
During production we have encountered quality problem
which is short between tracks and it was turned out due
to carbonized contaminant.
Does anyone have same experience like us ?
