What would your minimum hole size be?  Aspect Ratio in your mind is
finished hole or drilled hole?  We look at the smallest hole drilled in
production(.008) and what is the thickest board that can be drilled
into(.080) and get a 10:1 aspect ratio. If you are looking at finished hole
size the ratio would go to 16:1
