Hi,
I'm looking for IPC 650 display on CD of the requirements from
lines/spaces, solder mask coverage etc. for different classes.
I've seen such "tutorial" discs distributed by STM plus for assembly and
packaging.
Could anyone recommend a source for such data for PCB industry.
