We are having a lot of problems with soldering tip erosion while using
high temperature solders (typically 221 deg.C Eutectic and 300 deg.C
MP). Realizing that most tips are Copper core iron-clad, tin or
     tin/lead plating.

Typical fluxes are RMA and some with OA.

Does anyone have suggestions and or recommendations on where we can
locate soldering tips that have less erosion factor and is wettable ?
Or where we can have some made ?
