Hi!
Our company has been informed that one of the IC (a 20 pins-DIP package)
that we used in many of our designs is no longer available and we can
now only buy the IC as an SSOP-20 package.
We have a supply of the 20-DIP package for maybe 6 to 9 months but we
are looking for a solution.
We have a few options: find an adapter from 20-SSOP to 20-DIP,
redesign all our PCB ASSy in mixed Technology, or buy the chip (if
possible) in die form and have it packaged by a third party....
If we could find an adapter, we would be happy because it would give us
the extra time to change all our design ( 25-30 different pcb )
Any other suggestion or any help would be appreciated.
