I have NO Flex experience.

I can expect rigid PWB prices to fall off as purchase volume increases.

Can I expect similar price reduction for FLEX as well?  Or is there
some cost controlling factor that makes FLEX pricing flat?  Assume I need 
3-4 layers in a 5" x 5" board (if board size makes a difference).
