   I will put my 2 cents worth.   I suppose that you are referring to RAW
COPPER FOIL in rolls.
   ROUGH side, tooth, has a zinc/chromate finish and the SMOOTH I am not
sure.

I am not asking to put this on - I am asking when we receive raw material
from our supplier what has the copper manufacturer put on ( i.e. Sommers or
