I've heard once about such thermal labels but I don't think they will be able to tell you the whole story about what the board went through inside the reflow.
A company named "Electronic Controls Design Inc." has a product - "M.O.L.E".
This is a recorder that can be passed through the reflow oven and then connected to a PC (equipped with the matching software). Then you can get the exact temperature profile the recorder went through.
I think this can give you easy and accurate measurements of the temperature profile inside your reflow oven.
