You have a single ply of fiberglass. The finished board can be rolled into a tube. It is not stable material. It is a cheap bend once material. The entire process has to be looked at. Any heat or strain on the material can deform it. Assembly has the same challenge.

I had to work with the board supplier to end up wit useable product. It was much cheaper than flex material in the application.
