More likely anything over 0.1 V (in some cases 0.05 V would be
too much), but it depends on the situation.
What is your application?  What two metals would be in contact?
Are one or both of the metal surfaces passivated?  What environment 
would the metal couple be exposed to?  What are the relative surface 
areas of the two metals?  I assume air is available.
