We are considering conveyorized innerlayer surface treatment ( black oxide
or one of substitutions ) instead of existing basket loaded vertical line .
The existing process consists of in - line baking and there in no
additional baking of innerlayers before press lamination .
What are available technical solutions for conveyorized lines ? I have in
mind quick turn-over process with capacity of at least 150 innerlayer/hour ,
minimum thickness of innerlayers : 2 mills .
