I have also enjoyed the information, idea's, technical input, homespun wisdom
and various adventures found here in Earl's posts and yes, I have also
enjoyed his stirring the pot (even with his sometimes a tidbit salty
language) but I would like to note that Earl is not leaving the planet. (At
least so far as I know he is not moving to his namesake satellite ;-)
All here have Earl's e-mail address from this forum and I know from personal
experience that he does respond to personal e-mail. So even if Earl chooses
by present circumstance to be gone from here, he is not lost to anyone.
Send him an e-mail if you have a question from time to time. Earl, by my
experience, is as generous with his opinion in private as he has been in this
forum.
Kind regards to all,
Joe
P.S. I don't think anyone here should be surprised if they get an offline
response to some Technet question or comment from Earl at some point.
