Hello,

We are looking into purchasing a new BGA Rework System, currently we have ERSA HR-100 but we want to invest in something better.

I have found options below,  I am looking for something around $30K or less.

-        VJ ELECTRONIX 400M

-        METCAL APR-5000-XL-ML

Requirements:

-        Manual or Modular

-        Split Vision

-        Board size: 270mm x 430mm

-        Board thickness: 2.24mm

-        Component: 35mm x 35mm (max.) and 0.6mm x 0.3mm (min.)


Do you have any recommendations?
