What's the defect?
If there's no defect then it's acceptable. That doesn't mean it won't cause a problem, and if the design allows a condition that is undesired, then the requirements that go beyond what is defined in specification need to be added to the drawing.

The answer is no spec.
Look at 7.1.8 and as long as it meets the contract requirements or company requirements it's acceptable.
