Does anybody know about MIL-S-13949/40 about "Low and very low profile foil
peel strength value minimum pound per inch of width"?

The table shows only after thermal stress, at elevated temperature and
after
exposure.
Can anybody tell me what is minimum peel strength requirement at room
temperature ? Where I can find ?
