       Regarding the statistics on how many Shadow systems are presently
installed in the world. Yes, it may be true that there are now over 70
installations worldwide( approx.
30 more than when we made our purchase.  One would believe that with that
many installations, E-chemicals would have been able to place this piece of
equiptment in one of the more recent installations.  They were notified on
June 23,1995 that we were abandoning the process and were asked at that time
to place our machine.  I guess you can see that thay had no success in doing
so.
