Linda,
You should have a specification for the contact button on the keypad
silicone membrane (I am making the assumption this is for a button
contact of some kind. There should be a maximum resistance specified
when the contact button is pressed against the carbon on the PWB. And
of course some minimum resistance when open to prevent shorting.
However, In my opinion none of the images are acceptable for use in any
product. The people who print the carbon ink are usually much better at
controlling the process than these pictures show.
