Hi All
I dug up the original response from NASA so here it is
Susan,
All of the NHB 5300.4 series of documents have been canceled. Specifically,
NHB 5300.4 (3I) was canceled 6/11/96 with a recommendation from NASA HQ,
Code Q that IPC D-275 should be used. This is found in the Code Q document
tree at the following URL:
<http:/www.hq.nasa.gov/office/codeq/doctree/qdoc.pdf>
I have checked the status of IPC D-275 and find it to be still active under
the number ANSI/IPC D275-1991 and available from ANSI. There is some
question in my mind as to whether the intent of ANSI/IPC is to retain it as
an active document or to withdraw it. If you have further questions, I
suggest that you contact Wayne Frazier at NASA HQ's,
