Sunny,
Take a look at the following:
Printed Circuits Handbook/ Clyde F. Coombs, Jr., editor-in-chief,
Third Edition, 1988, McGraw Hill.
We currently have the third edition, and even though it was published
in 1988, it has been a very useful reference book to have. Maybe a
newer edition has been published. Hopefully some of the other TechNet
members will let you know if a more recent version is available.
