Go to www.Johansondielectrics.com web site and down load the paper from
the SMT app note section that I presented last year at CARTS (Capacitor
And Resistor Technology Symposium) where we studied PWB layout and flux
influence on AC breakdown. I need to get the follow up paper presented
this year posted as that addressed pad shape and spacing (creepage issues).
