KP Chan,
In the past we have had a problem with solder blow-out on .093 and
thicker material evan with
sufficient copper thickness. It turned out to be excess moisture in the
substrait causing the
blow-outs and baking them in a 200F oven for about ten min. takes care
of the problem.
