Lee, 
What do you mean when you say "as long as y ou get the timings right"? Are 
you inserting through the liquid state or tack free/pre-cure state?

Our coating services globally do this for a well known connector 
company for their back planes on very regular basis. Its highly 
efficient as long as you get the timings right. Let me know what you
