Does anyone have any data or uses the Alpha 428 (95 Sn, 3.5 Ag and 1.5
Indium) or Castin (99.Sn 1Cu or 96 Sn, 3.5 AG and 1.0Cu) for use on a for
higher temperature operating SMT assy. that must be temp. cycled at 175 deg,
Cel. and stored up to 200 deg. Cel.

Interested in any high temp. fatique info or any user that has passed 100
plus cycles at -55 to 175 deg. C. temperature cycling with J-leaded devices. 

Board material is made of  250 deg C plus Tg, unconstrained.
