I am looking for some feedback on buttonprinting. i.e. what inks are best accepted, what type of screen and mesh, how big an aperture related to the via pad size. Do you just plug the hole, or do you require complete coverage of the via pad? How many passes on the screen.
Our problems appear to be too much ink creating bumps, and ink seeping through vias.

Thanks
