UV measurements are always a problem. Sources do wander in intensity and
sometimes in wavelength. Filters for UV also become unstable in their
transmission. There are a number of companies which manufacture
wavelength meters. Burleigh and ILX are two which come to mind. Usually,
though, the wavelength of UV sources are pretty stable because they are
spectroscopically determined. What wavelength region are you working in
and what kind of intensities are you using? Check out Newport for
power meters with UV sensitive probes.
