Hi technetters !
We intend to replace our existing deburr machine . We are manufacturing
boards with 12 , 10 , 8 mills vias . Today we are rinsing this kind of
boards off line . Some manufacturers of the deburring equipment are
proposing ultrasonic floaded module followed by very high pressure rinse .
Someone gave recommendation to use 5 micron diameter glass balls for high
pressure rinse . We will appreciate all comments on this subject ,
especially those based on field experience , regarding deburr and rinse of
small holes ..
