In the past, military and IPC standards required each layer of core
material or prepreg to include at least two layers of fiberglass screen.
In recent months, MIL-standards have changed to allow only a single
layer of fiberglass. Following that change, IPC standards also changed
to allow a single layer of fiberglass.

What are the standards that changed if this is true and if we use this
material to get thinner cores, what should we worry about? We use FR4.
