For 90Pb10Sn, E is about 23 GPa at 0 degree C and 18 at 100 C. I guess that
of 95Pb5Sn is close. Look SRC/CINDAS Microelectronics Packaging Materials
Database, 4/95 for details where the properties of many alloys are listed.

Hi Technet - I am on a quest to find the Young's Modulus for two
alloys: 95Pb/5Sn and 90Pb/10Sn. Does anyone know what the values are
or a possible source?
