The archives from September forward can be found at the
	IPC web site, http://www.automata.com/ipc/archives.html

I would be interested in finding the prior-to-September
archive, or even volunteer to host if space is a problem.
I've noticed that other very active forums tend to save
time periods in seperate files, can/should we do the same?

There has been a great deal of valuable material over time.

Three cheers for the TechNet !!!
