I have a drawing that is calling for layer-to-layer registration on a
printed circuit board to be measured using FIM (Full Indicator Movement).
I'm familiar with using this for measuring concentricity of a shaft for
example, but not sure how to apply is to a layer-to-layer requirement. Is
this requirement essentially equivalent to radial true position?
