Quality/Reliability what is that?  It is 2002 and I don't think anybody cares
about this anymore do they?  Didn't companies used to hire people to research
and develop this information?  I am sure somebody has the answers, but he/she
is probably out of work and can't afford a computer to e-mail you this data.
Don't worry, the customer will let you know when it fails and all you have to
is add a legal statement saying your not liable when it does.

Sorry!  I just had to throw my cynicism out there!
