Hi Technets ! 
Recently we have some problems with 0.3 mm ( 12 mills) via holes drilled
through 14 layers MLB , 2.4 mm (0.094" ) thick boards. Based on
microsections we found, that 2-3 holes per total count of 14000 are
partially clogged causing disturbance for PTH.It seems,that the source is in
drilling.We have not ultrasonic tank for  cleaning . We are considering two
actions :
1)pack drilling
2)high pressure rinse (300 psi)
Does anyone has suggestions for immidiate action and for the future ?
