My name is Lourdes Sosa, I work for Delphi Automotive Systems, a Company
for Automotive Components, part of General Motors.

To assemble our product we use an automated Tip Soldering with a Robot.
We've run into several issues that have not been clearly defined as
Process or Product Design related.

Is there any main source of information for Tip Soldering, all I have
run into is Wave Soldering and Reflow, most commonly.

Thanks,
